Products of C.P. Company & Stone Island enters a new phase with the opening of the first dedicated UK store.

December 1999 marked a new chapter in the history of cult brands C. P. Company and Stone Island with the opening of the first dedicated store in the UK on Beak Street in London's Soho.

Over the last ten years no other brands have had a more profound effect on the menswear market in terms of fabric innovation, making C.P. Company and Stone Island two of the most emulated labels.

The stores' revolutionary new design concept, incorporating digital art, structural glass walkways, magnetic walls supporting steel shelving, glowing fibreglass light sabres housed in a grid of steel sockets embedded in concrete floors - all look set to move the boundary of future shop design. At approximately 2000 square feet the double fronted store covers two floors. C.P. Company men's and women's collections are displayed on the ground floor, with Stone Island collections below.

There is only one other C.P and Stone Island flagship store in the world, situated in Milan and trading since September 1999; a smaller prototype C. P. Company and Stone Island store opened in St Tropez in April 1999. The London store will showcase the best of both collections and it's opening represents a milestone in the labels' popularity in the UK.
