Tierra Brindisa, a Spanish tapas restaurant is now open on Broadwick Street, Carnaby.
Tierra Brindisa is being run by the same dedicated chef and management team as Tapas Brindisa, although, unlike the busy and informal Tapas Brindisa, this restaurant has a much quieter and calmer atmosphere, with bookings taken and serves main dishes as well as tapas. Daytime business meetings or pre-theatre tapas, as well as relaxed dining are all welcome.
Tapas are as simple as hand-carved acorn fed Iberian ham, or a selection of speciality farmhouse cheeses as well as soups, salads and grills based on seasonal ingredients. Main dishes include arroces, rice stews based on regional ingredients from the sea or mountains; baked aubergine with pisto and Manchego; grilled fish; roasted shoulder of baby lamb; rabbit and mushroom stew; with a selection of side dishes from olive oil mashed potato to herb salad in blossom honey.
Brindisa is founded on sourcing high quality food from some of the most respected suppliers in
