triyoga is a centre of excellence for yoga, Pilates and treatments. The Kingly Court centre offers more than 40 yoga and Pilates mat classes each week from 6.30am-9pm Monday-Friday.
Triyoga also offer beginners courses, shorter lunchtime classes and weekend special workshops. Styles of yoga range from the most dynamic such as ashtanga (led and Mysore-style) and vinyasa flow, to the slower alignment-based style Iyengar, and lots in between as well as pregnancy yoga.
Our classes are taught by London’s leading teachers. Triyoga also offers a range of treatments including osteopathy, reflexology, Thai yoga massage, shiatsu and many more.
