Recognized as a catalyst for the fusion of fashion with art, Upper Playground produces apparel lines bi-annually and features designs from some of the finest local and international artists and graphic designers in the world. Upper Playground also owns and operates the FIFTY24SF Gallery, which showcases art from some of the best contemporary artists in the world with its monthly art exhibits.

The FIFTY24SF Gallery provides a unique space in which to showcase the physical artwork of the artists featured on Upper Playground's clothing in a raw, studio environment.

Since 1998 the gallery has consistently executed innovative, shows that carry out complex themes and ideas. FIFTY24SF Gallery has approximately twelve shows a year and has grown to exhibit outside of its San Francisco gallery both nationally and internationally (some of the highlights include shows in Japan, Italy, France, Spain and England).
