On Thursday 8th October, shop till you drop in Carnaby’s Newburgh Quarter, with more than 30 boutiques, restaurants and bars offering 20% discount, 5pm - 9pm including Sienna Miller's label Twenty8Twelve and British heritage brand Barbour.
