Are you ready to be immersed into a kaleidoscope of shimmering neon butterflies?
Over 600 sparkling 3D and 2D butterflies are fluttering through Carnaby. Each butterfly is hand decorated with reflective wings and bright neon patterns. The Carnaby arch is shining bright in pink shimmer disks with brightly coloured 3D butterflies perched above.
The installation is in collaboration with our charity partner Choose Love, to highlight and support the urgent need to raise funds for refugees around the world, with an additional fundraising stream for Afghan refugees.
The unprecedented installation highlights butterflies' powerful representations of life as a metaphor exemplifying spiritual rebirth, transformation, change and hope. By definition, the meaning of Kaleidoscope is not only a term for a group of butterflies but also a constantly changing pattern or sequence of elements. Combine your visit to the butterflies with a tour of some of Carnaby's most Instagrammable installations. Check out our 2022 Carnaby Bucket List here
