During the current climate, support for the community and NHS is of the utmost importance, and the shops and restaurants of Carnaby are amongst those doing their part to help key workers and the most vulnerable.
A new campaign #FeedNHS has recently been launched by LEON in partnership with Damian Lewis, Helen McCrory and Matt Lucas to raise vital funds to provide food directly to NHS teams. Working alongside Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and UCLH Healthcare NHS Trust, their goal is to get 6,000 meals a day into London hospitals. Carnaby restaurants Dishoom, Pizza Pilgrims and Rosa’s Thai Cafe have also joined the campaign, which has raised over £700k. You can donate via the JustGiving page here.

British heritage label Barbour have announced that their workforce has been tasked with turning out garments to support local NHS Trusts in the fight against COVID-19. The brand have turned their factories into a production line for PPE and are delivering gowns to North East hospitals.
