Your Willy Wonka dreams are about to become reality. Flavour pioneers Smith & Sinclair bring The Flavour Rooms, Carnaby, a sensory cocktail bar, to the Newburgh Quarter this Friday 3 March.
Open for a limited time only, guests can enjoy weird and wonderful creations in the two-floor space. On the ground floor, step into an emporium of alcoholic edibles, including pick n’ mix cocktail pastilles, alcoholic bubbles, cocktail-infused vapours, alcoholic dib dabs and more.
Head downstairs and relax in the Experimental Garnish Bar – a cocktail bar like no other serving a bespoke collection of cocktails encouraging you to get creative with the garnish, such as edible perfumes, gin oils and spherification balls that pop in the mouth.
Open seven days a week, with the bar open from Wednesday to Saturday with bookable time sessions. Reservations need to be made in advance here at £12 per person and include a Smith & Sinclair edible cocktail, a cocktail and a range of garnishes to indulge in.
Smith and Sinclair will also invite the curious to create memorable scents to both smell and devour in new edible perfume workshops. Guests will embark on a voyage of discovery through the history of perfumes along with a tasting and the chance to create your own bespoke bottle to take home. Sessions start from £35 per person.
