The Ham Yard Hotel, set in the middle of Soho, revolves around a tree filled pedestrian thoroughfare. Inside, owners Tim and Kit Kemp have designed the hotel with a distinctly urban village feel. Kit’s luxurious, modern British style is reflected in her world-renowned mix of colour, pattern, texture and art, notably the bronze sculpture by Tony Cragg.
As well as 91 unique bedrooms and suites, there are 24 residential apartments to choose from. Tire yourself out at the fully equipped gym, including a hypoxic chamber for altitude training, before settling down in the airy restaurant, or leafy rooftop garden for views across the London skyline. There is a 190 seat, state-of-the art theatre, and original 1950s Texan bowling alley complete with bar, lounge and dance floor, so no shortage of entertainment.
