The Ramen experience you didn't know you were looking for!
The popular Japanese ramen group Kanada-Ya first opened its doors to Londoners on 64 St. Giles Street in 2014, although it was founded in Japan in 2009 by Kanada Kazuhiro.
Specializing in authentic Tonkotsu ramen, Kanada-Ya has won the hearts of Londoners, voting their ramen as ‘one of the best in London’. For Kanada-Ya’s signature dish, the bones are simmered for 18 hours to create a smooth, rich and delicious tonkotsu broth. Whilst extremely time-consuming this process results in a rich clarity of taste and a delicious, creamy appearance that sets Kanada-Ya’s ramen apart from its competitors.
Tucked within the historical and buzzy district of Carnaby Street, Kanada-Ya on Foubert’s Place offers the same selection of signature ramen but will extend its menu with the addition of site-specific specials.
