Stax Carnaby is an American style diner in Kingly Court owned and run by executive chef Bea Vo.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner including a selection of breakfast classics: fluffy buttermilk pancakes, French toast, homemade granola, bagels and poached eggs on muffins with hollandaise sauce.
Lunch and dinner features American favourites such as burgers, deep fried chicken sandwiches with apple and poppyseed slaw, fries and Bea’s new signature ‘Onion Blossom’ - a large onion which is cut to resemble a flower, battered in special spices and deep-fried.
The menu also includes an extensive variety of drinks with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic creative cocktails including ice cream floats and milkshakes. Plus save room for desserts of The Dough-Bro, The Duffin Sundae, A classic Banana Split & scoops of ice cream.
